Siroma Labs ("we," "us," "our") develops and publishes Ultimate Custom Fields for Jira, a Forge-based application available on the Atlassian Marketplace. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how we handle information in connection with our app and related services.
Because Ultimate Custom Fields for Jira is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely within Atlassian's infrastructure, we do not independently collect, store, or process your Jira data on our own servers. All data processing for core app functionality occurs within Atlassian's cloud environment under Atlassian's security and data-handling controls.
This Privacy Policy is organized into two supplementary policies that address distinct areas of data handling:

Key principles
We do not store your Jira data. The app runs on Atlassian Forge. All issue data stays within Atlassian's infrastructure.
We only process what is necessary. The app reads issue field values solely to render custom fields as configured by your administrator.
We minimize personal data exposure. Personal information is only visible to us through Atlassian Marketplace licensing data and voluntary support requests.
We do not sell your data. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

Users of Ultimate Custom Fields for Jira (the "App")
Visitors who interact with us through the Atlassian Marketplace
Individuals who contact us for support via Jira Service Management
Recipients of marketing communications from Siroma Labs
This policy does not apply to data processed entirely within Atlassian's infrastructure by the App during normal operation. For that data, Atlassian's own Privacy Policy and your organization's data governance policies apply.
